About Gary Gessel

Gary Gessel is an accomplished senior executive with a track record of driving growth and innovation in various industries, such as automotive, banking, food processing, manufacturing, and fenestration. He has a keen eye for financial analysis and strategic planning, as well as a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams. He excels at delivering customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives in challenging markets.

As the former President, GM, COO, and CFO/EVP of Milgard Windows & Doors for over two decades, Gary oversaw all aspects of the business, from finance and accounting to sales and marketing to engineering and product development. He was instrumental in preparing the company for a successful sale to Masco Corp in 2001. He also steered the company through the recession by restructuring its focus and adapting to changing customer needs.

Before joining Milgard Windows & Doors, Gary held executive positions at Nalley’s Fine Foods / Curtice Burns Foods and Seafirst Corporation. He was involved in several M&A transactions that expanded the product portfolio and market share of Nalley’s Fine Foods / Curtice Burns Foods. He also helped create the memorandum of sale that led to Seafirst Corporation’s acquisition by Bank of America. Earlier in his career, he worked as a financial and economic analyst at Ford Motor Company.

Gary also brings valuable board experience from his role as Executive Board of Directors for Burkhart Dental Supply.
